Podcasting is a safe and simple way for you to have audio files downloaded to your computer automatically. With podcasting, you can listen to the files on your iPod or MP3 player or even right on your computer.

The free software to download is called iTunes and can be found here: http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/

Once this software is installed, you need to add the feed. Simply click on the links on the left of this page to add a feed. Click "Subscribe", and after subscribing, the software will automatically check for updates.
